Extended Stay America Suites- San Diego - Mission Valley - Stadium

bryce welcome me with a big smile, nice conversation and helped me carry my bags to the third floor. the rooms were clean and service was good when i needed help.

i was booked to stay at the fashion valley location and the front desk was very rude when i said i wanted to pay cash. i called customer service back because when i booked they confirmed i could pay cash. they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to move me to another hotel location which was a bit more expensive but much nicer and the staff is super friendly. Bryce in particular makes you feel like you’re at a 5 star resort. i am giving 5 stars because how helpful customer service and Bryce was with helping me get settled this holiday season.

My room was clean and very quiet. The front lady was very kind. The only bad impression was the fridge. The fridge doors are rusty and old I would suggest either painting the fridge or replacing it. Other than that the place was good

Outstanding Service!! Susana and Erika were incredible throughout my stay. Susana made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Erika was always nearby with a warm smile and helpful attitude, ready to assist with anything I needed. They were friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Their genuine care and hospitality made a big difference — I’ll definitely be coming back because of them.

Had only planned on staying one night here as they were doing some remodeling on the house. We were exhausted from the week and I must say that it was an incredible break from all the stress of remodeling our home. Even though the place had full occupancy it was amazingly quiet so we’re able to get some adequate sleep . So much sleep that we decided to stay all weekend as the workers fell behind . Last but not least I must give a coupje shout outs to a few staff members. When we arrived I went up to the desk by myself and Eduardo was at the helm. He did a great job of giving us that good first impression made me feel like we’d be taken care of. During out stay. Erika also seemed to be there in time of need and seemed to always have the answers to my questions and inquiries. Susanna seemed to be the one in charge but I started to notice she spent a lot of time helping her staff rather than delegating which is a great approach and exhibits leadership. Thank you Mission Valley we will be back and are already plan on our next remodel on the home .

Clean rooms with lots of kitchen space. Bryce at the front desk was super helpful after forgetting my room key in the room multiple times! Would recommend 10/10

Stayed here for a long weekend for a seminar downtown San Diego this location was fairly close and easy to get to and from off the highway Pet friendly !! however some of the amenities were not available and the service was lacking probably because the entire place was packed with long-term residents many placing demands on the staff who seemed at their wit's end the conditions of the property suffered but you could tell when it was cleaned up recently it must have looked really nice I'm not sure if I would stay here again might explore other options

Drink desk was amazing. Room was comfortable And stay was nice. Need more options on the Continental breakfast.
